3CX phone systems

3CX phone systems built around your business.

3CX gives your team business calling on mobile, desktop and desk phones. We configure the routes, queues and numbers so the system is useful from the first day.

3CX features

Configuring your 3CX system

We configure call routes, apps and reporting around how your team handles calls, including what happens when a call is missed.

Mobile and desktop apps

Make and receive business calls without giving out a personal mobile number.

Call queues

Send incoming calls to the right group and decide what happens when nobody is free.

Opening hours

Use different greetings and routes when the business is closed.

Voicemail to email

Receive voicemail messages without repeatedly checking a handset.

Desk phone options

Add Yealink handsets for reception desks and people who prefer a physical phone.

Call reporting

Review call volume, missed calls and response times in the 3CX dashboard.

Costs and setup

Monthly costs for your 3CX system

Each bundled line costs £12.50 a month + VAT and includes 500 UK minutes. Call recording can be added for £2 per line each month + VAT and must be enabled for every line.

Hardware, installation, number porting and unusual call usage are quoted separately, so you can see what is recurring and what is a one-off cost.

Planning your 3CX installation

Start with the calls your team needs to handle. The configuration, devices and number transfer follow from that.

Define the call flow

List your main number, departments and opening hours. Decide who answers first, how calls queue when everyone is busy, and where unanswered calls should go.

Choose apps and desk phones by role

Reception may need a desk phone while mobile staff use an app. Tell us which handsets you already own so compatibility can be checked before quoting replacements.

Prepare the number transfer

Share your current provider, business numbers and contract end date. We check porting details and agree the move before the old service is changed. If you are replacing a BT line, use our BT business line replacement checklist to check other services on that line. A transfer date depends on the existing service and account information.

Plan changes and support

Tell us about reporting, recording or CRM requirements during the first discussion. We can check the proposed setup rather than assume every integration or feature is included. For help with an existing system, contact us with the affected number and what is happening.
