We arrange the setup and test the call route with you. Customers dial your business number; you answer on your mobile. Your line costs £5.99 a month + VAT.

A few things you might be wondering.
What is a virtual landline?
It is a business phone number that does not need a physical phone line at your premises. We forward calls to your existing mobile, so you can use a landline number without a desk phone.
Do I need an app or mobile data?
No app or mobile data is needed to receive forwarded calls. They arrive over your usual mobile phone service, so you need mobile reception just as you would for any normal call.
Can I keep my existing landline number?
Usually, yes. Tell us the number and your current provider so we can check whether it can be moved. Keep your current service active until the transfer is complete.
What happens if I cannot answer?
We can set up business voicemail and agree how calls should be handled outside your working hours. Tell us how you work and we will confirm the setup with you.
How do I call customers back?
Call them from your mobile as you normally would. Those calls use your existing mobile plan and show your mobile number. If you want to make calls showing your business number, our app calling option is available separately.
Do forwarded calls use my mobile minutes?
Your mobile call allowance applies when you make calls back. Incoming business calls are forwarded by Amber to your mobile; they do not use your outgoing mobile minutes. We confirm the forwarding allowance or any usage charges before you start.
What does the £5.99 cover?
£5.99 per month + VAT covers your virtual landline service: a dedicated business number with calls forwarded to your UK mobile. No calling app is required. We confirm any setup or number transfer fees and forwarding usage terms before you commit. Outgoing calls use your own mobile plan.
