Replacing a BT business line

Keep the number. Replace the old phone setup.

If your business number is with BT, plan the port before giving notice. We check the details, configure the new 3CX service and coordinate the transfer in the right order.

Moving the service

A replacement should fix the old setup, not simply copy it

The move is a good time to decide who should answer, what happens when they are busy and how calls are handled outside working hours.

Number porting check

We check the number and account details before treating the move as confirmed.

New call flow

Decide how calls should ring instead of copying old limitations into the replacement.

Apps and handsets

Choose mobile apps, desktop calling, compatible desk phones or a mixture.

Opening-hours routing

Set different destinations and messages for evenings and weekends.

Transfer planning

Agree a port date and prepare users before the existing number moves.

Post-move checks

Test inbound and outbound calling once the transfer has completed.

The practical bit

Separate the new monthly cost from the move itself

New lines cost £12.50 each month + VAT and include 500 UK minutes. Any handsets, porting work or installation are itemised separately.

Porting depends on the existing service and accurate account details. We will check what can be moved before asking you to cancel anything.

Included line bundle

£12.50

per line, per month + VAT

  • 500 UK minutes with every line
  • 3CX mobile and desktop apps
  • A local business number
  • Voicemail, forwarding and transfer

No sales maze

Check your current business line before cancelling it

Tell us the number, current supplier and contract end date if you know it. A recent bill is useful, but you do not need it for the first conversation.

No mailing list. We will only use these details to answer your enquiry.
