Each bundled phone-system line is £12.50 a month and includes 500 UK minutes and the calling apps. Prices exclude VAT.

Optional extra
Adds call recording to every line on the system. If one line has recording, they all must have it.

The calculator covers monthly lines and optional recording. Your quote also sets out any equipment, setup and other charges.
One line is £12.50 per month + VAT with 500 UK minutes. Add recording to that line for £2, making £14.50 per month + VAT. Number porting or other one-off work is quoted separately.
Five lines cost £62.50 per month + VAT, with 500 UK minutes per line. Recording must be added to every line: five at £2 adds £10, making £72.50 per month + VAT.
Handsets, installation, number porting, extra numbers and other call usage can add to the cost. Ask for the destinations covered by the included minutes and the rates for any calls outside that allowance in your itemised quote.
